We serve homeowners and businesses throughout San Antonio — the established neighborhoods inside Loop 410 including Olmos Park, Terrell Hills and Monte Vista, the north-central corridor through Shavano Park and Hill Country Village, the master-planned communities along 281 and 1604, and the western side toward Helotes and The Dominion.

The housing varies as much as the geography. Inside Loop 410 the homes are older and often smaller-lotted, with mature trees close to the elevation and electrical that deserves a second look before a display is loaded onto it. North of 1604 the pattern flips — taller stucco and stone elevations, tile roofs, sloping lots and HOA guidelines. Out west toward the Hill Country, acreage and long approaches change the design again.

Timing matters more in San Antonio than people expect. Installation season runs from late September into early December, and because the metro covers so much ground, routes are scheduled geographically rather than first-come. Booking early does not just secure a date — it usually means a better one, and it gives us time to design properly instead of measuring and installing on the same visit.

On the commercial side, the calendar is tighter still. Retail centers and restaurants generally want to be lit before the Thanksgiving weekend, and offices often coordinate around a specific event date. Those projects benefit from a conversation in early autumn, when the schedule still has room to work around your requirements rather than ours.
